Carol Lefevre

I write a lot, and often end up with more words than I know what to do with. This blog is the overspill.  I like to imagine a fountain set in elegant surroundings, a tea-drinking establishment with eclectic china, gilt-framed mirrors, chandeliers and a view of the garden. A place where slices of the writing life will be served up with crumpets, butter curls, home-made jam and more.

Bio Notes:

I have published journalism, photography, creative non-fiction, and the novels Nights In The Asylum and If You Were Mine. My most recent book is The Happiness Glass, a mix of memoir and short fiction published by Spinifex Press (2018). If you want to know more, my website has lots of information.

This blog is also a place to scribble passing thoughts and explore ideas; it’s a more orderly form of my writer’s notebook, plus it’s open and available to flick through. If you find something of interest, I’d love it if you’d leave a comment.

Thanks for visiting.
